Ingredients Recipe
1 scoop Ice cream
Steps
  1. Make 1 Brownie or purchase to save time
  3. Make 1 Italian meringue and add to a piping bag
  5. Cut brownie into circles
  7. Add 1 scoop Ice cream on top of brownie
  9. Swirl Italian meringue around ice cream to make an insulating barrier
  11. Optionally torch meringue
